Stenstrom’s Safety Program is driven by one core goal: To send employees home each and every day in the same health, or better, than when they left for work that morning. This strong commitment to safety is demonstrated by our developed and documented safety program that is managed by the Stenstrom Safety Committee. Safety committee members make regular visits to the site and do safety briefings and trainings for all trades and employees. Stenstrom’s written safety program addresses OSHA requirements, training, and inspection. We require the same commitment from our subcontractors. Stenstrom’s supports the wellness of our employees through our Drug Free Workplace policy. Our crews are encouraged to work safely, and are provided with any equipment necessary to achieve that goal.
